  • What if I want to just exchange something?
    Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange service.

  • How can I contact you?

  • Who pays the shipping when I return something?
    Return shipping is free if it is a defective item. However, return shipping for other reasons is paid by customers. Original shipping charges paid for your order are not refundable except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
  • Who do I contact to make a return?
    Please contact our Customer Support team by DM (velyjolly) or email (velyjolly@gmail.com) within 48 hours after receiving items. Our Customer Support team is available in our opening hours. please check the hours on the below of our website. We will reply to you as soon as possible. It may take 1-2 business day.
  • What happens after I send the product back?
 
    Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to five-ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
  • How can I return and get refund?
    All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a DISCOUNT code and at offline (pop-up store, etc.) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned and refunded. If you want to return and get refund, there is a certain condition of items you want to return. Please see our 'return & refund' page for further relating policy.
  • When can I get my order?
    Velyjolly is trying to put your order processed asap (We are in Toronto, Canada). We usually carry over your order to a courier in 1-2 days after checkout. If your address is within Canada or US, it will take around 3-7 days. If international, it might take around 14-35 days. All depend on the location and shipping plan. It may depend on the courier and the weather.
  • What if I have issues with couriers?
    Delivery may delay depending on the courier and the weather. If you have issues with them please contact the courier. Velyjolly does not have any responsibilities regarding any delivery issues. However, if there's anything we can help you please let us know!
  • What if I want to use different delivery couriers or plans for my order?
    If you want faster/other options, please contact us first before checking out to check if it's available. Extra cost may be charged.
  • I am asked to pay extra charge regarding delivery, what should I do?
    Customers will need to pay any extra cost during delivery (duties, taxes, etc).
